[Case Study of Dipole] Ramen Shioya

Introducing a case study of the implementation of a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Dipole, in a restaurant.

We introduced "Ramen Shioya," located in a multi-purpose building near Shimane University in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, which is particular about its salt blends, to the "Dipole." The opportunity for the introduction came when I was invited by a plumber to visit Dipole Kitchen, where I noticed the difference in the deliciousness of the rice. Our maintenance-free product is economical, so we implemented it right at the opening. When we cooked rice, it turned out deliciously. Additionally, when cleaning around the boiling pot with a steel scrubber, the dirt came off easily, and although a large amount of oil is used, it seems that using hot water makes it less likely to accumulate. [Case Study] ■ Model Used: DIPOLE 20A ■ Reasons for Introduction - The difference in the deliciousness of rice at Dipole Kitchen - Maintenance-free and economical *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The vegetables for salads, such as tomatoes, cabbage, and lettuce, are soaked in water before being served, and they are praised for their deliciousness. Furthermore, the boiling time for spaghetti noodles has been reduced, resulting in a smoother texture, which has indeed changed compared to before. 【Case Study】 ■ Model Used: DIPOLE 20A ■ Effects of Introduction - Customers say the water is delicious - Rice and vegetables soaked in water, such as tomatoes and salad vegetables, are also well-received - Boiling time for spaghetti noodles has been reduced, improving the texture - No chlorine smell even after the ice in glasses melts *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Dipole Introduction] Hinode Tofu Shop

Introducing a case study of the implementation of a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Dipole, in the manufacturing, sales, and retail industry.

We introduced the "DIPOLE" to Hinode Tofu Shop located in Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture. Initially, we were concerned that the taste of the tofu might change, but we were convinced when we saw the incredibly sweet soy milk produced. When the tofu was coagulated, it turned out just as good as before, which was a relief. The water tasted better, and the soaking time for dried soybeans was shortened significantly. Previously, we soaked them for 24 hours, but now it only takes about 6 hours. Additionally, while rust typically forms inside regular boilers, the boiler technician was surprised at how clean the inside was, making cleaning in the factory easier. 【Case Study】 ■ Model Used: DIPOLE 20A ■ Benefits of Introduction - Incredibly sweet soy milk was produced - Water tasted better, and the soaking time for dried soybeans was shortened by about 6 hours - The inside of the boiler remained clean *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
